TJ North is a Benefits Consultant at All Atlantic Benefits, where he helps employers develop employee benefits strategies that support their workforce, improve retention, and protect long-term business goals. He works closely with business owners to deliver practical, responsive benefits solutions that create value for both employers and employees.
TJ began his career in employee benefits insurance as a Sales Executive at Principal Financial Group. In that role, he provided insurance brokers with the knowledge and support they needed to better serve their clients. That experience gave him a strong foundation in employee benefits, insurance strategy, and client service.
After four years at Principal Financial Group, TJ joined All Atlantic Benefits, where he combines industry expertise, financial insight, and a service-first approach to benefits consulting. He is known for his responsiveness, tenacity, and commitment to helping clients find effective solutions in an increasingly complex employee benefits landscape.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, TJ returned to South Florida after earning his Finance degree from the University of Florida. His background in finance strengthens his ability to help employers make strategic employee benefits decisions that support both workforce needs and long-term business performance.
Outside of work, TJ enjoys golfing, writing and recording music, traveling, and boating with family and friends.
