John Tolan is the President of All Atlantic Benefits and a Senior Benefits Consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. He began his career at Unum’s home office, where he developed a strong foundation in underwriting, claims management, actuarial analysis, and sales and marketing.
Today, John works with employers to design and manage employee benefits strategies that support their workforce, control costs, and strengthen long-term business goals. His long-standing relationships with leading insurance carriers help clients secure competitive coverage, effective plan design, and responsive claims support.
As President of All Atlantic Benefits, John has helped lead the agency’s continued growth while maintaining its independent, client-first approach to benefits consulting and insurance brokerage services. He is committed to delivering personalized guidance, transparency, and long-term value to every client relationship.
John lives in Lighthouse Point with his wife, Marcia, and enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandsons, TJ and Xander.
