Raised in New Mexico and now based in South Florida, Brandon brings both personal perspective and business insight to his role. As the son of an entrepreneur, he grew up working in his family’s business, where he gained experience in talent management and technology solutions. That background continues to shape his approach to benefits consulting by helping organizations attract, retain, and support employees through smarter communication and personalized service.
