Client Benefits Sites (Part 1: Requesting a New Site)

Submit the request form: Create a Benefits Site

The form collects what’s needed to build the site's shell. Have the logo and benefits guide or plan documents ready before you start; it takes about 15 minutes.

What happens next

  1. Brittany builds the site from the information and documents submitted.
  2. You get a link to the draft page and a short list of anything missing or needing your confirmation (a plan detail, a file, a date).
  3. You review the page, then make any edits yourself using Part 2 of the guide below.
  4. Once you’re happy, Brittany can link the page to its final URL.

Allow one week from submission to draft. Sister sites (a second division of an existing client) are faster, since coverage sections and documents can be shared.
